All orders will be processed in 1-2 Business Days.

Local Doorstep Delivery (3-5 Business Days) is complimentary for all orders above $60.

For orders below $60, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies. 

Next Day Shipping is available at a flat fee of $7.

Same Day Shipping is available at a flat fee of $10 (subject to stock availability and schedule, please contact us before choosing this option).

Self-Collection is only available for Calm Dogs Social's customers who have an upcoming service booked with them.

If your order consists of in stock and preorder items, your order will only be shipped once preorder items have arrived.

If you would like to have the in stock items to be shipped first, please check out in stock items separately from preorder items.
