All items sold are not applicable for any exchanges unless it is an incorrect or defective item.
In the event you received an incorrect or defective item, we are here to help!
All you need to do is:
- WhatsApp us at 81881387 or email us at email@example.com within 3 calendar days of the date you've received the item with the order number and picture(s) of the item
- Ensure that the item is in original condition and all original tags (if applicable) and packaging are intact.

If items are out of stock, we will contact you for an arrangement.
